SALES CONSULTANT / COUNTRY MANAGER OMAN / QATAR (Fitness Industry)

For our client, company specialized in the design, production and marketing of award-winning fitness equipment, who is operating in Oman and Qatar, we are searching for highly motivated candidates for the following position:

 

SALES CONSULTANT / COUNTRY MANAGER
OMAN / QATAR (Fitness Industry)

a

  • Salary (monthly): 8,000 AED / 2,030 EUR
  • Commissions (no/yes – value): 1,5% on collected invoices
  • Car Allowance: 2,000 AED / 508 EUR or rental car
  • Health Insurance: provided
  • Residency: Qatari / Omani & UAE residency costs covered
  • Phone: Company phone contract
  • Working City: Doha / Muscat
  • Nr of holidays in a year: 30 days paid leave + public holidays as per local labor law
  • Vacation Flight: Yearly round trip to passport country
  • Contract Duration: 24 months
  • Nr of working days per week: 5 (can be increased to 6 as per business requirements )
  • Nr of working hours per day: 8
  • Date to start working: ASAP

Requirements:

  • Solid sales experience; preferably in a commercial/projects setting (sport equipment brands).
  • Offering solutions to investors B2B more than B2C
  • Has worked on tenders.  And quotations of technical detail.
  • Has worked with contractors and consultants.
  • Been in contact with key decision makers; Owners, General Managers, Procurement Managers, etc.
  • Has previously worked in the segments: Hospitality (Hotels & resorts), Golf Club Gyms, Health Clubs, Sports Clubs/Shops, Residential building gyms, Military, Police, Government, Universities / Education, Hospitals, Corporate companies (Oil companies, etc.), Property developers
  • Reference list of projects where you worked, including the name clients
  • Arabian speaker with representative appearance always has advantages.
Tasks:
  • To promote, market, and sell our product portfolio in your specified strategic sales area, as outlined by the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Daily visits to local market
  • Gather/collect sales leads
  • Arrange your appointments.
  • Follow up new on daily basis with customers.
  • Develop relationship with the existing customer and appoint new ones.
  • Quotations which are then approved by the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Handover all requested details for layout design
  • Achievement of sales against set target
  • Payment follow-ups.
  • Weekly Sales Report on current and future projects.
  • Continuous updates on quotations
  • Fill out job order form for every new project
  • Feedback on competitor prices & market activities.
  • Must attend the won site during installation and handover of equipment
  • Attend all sales team training
  • Attend all our marketing activities held in your region
